Our free plan is the simplest, not just because it's free, but because it is compatible with all of our existing systems! If you've ever purchased a system from Casaplex, you qualify. Our Free Plan is complimentary, and provides a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 90-day labor warranty. It also gives you access to our incredible Casaplex Help Desk team during business hours to help with any problems you might have, plus you can always request onsite service if you need it. 

• Premium •

For clients who want a big step up on their system protection, we offer a value-packed Premium plan. With features like unlimited remote support, proactive remote monitoring, scheduled maintenance visits, and big discounts on replacement parts and labor rates, the Premium plan is what we recommend for most Casaplex clients. With an annual scheduled system checkup, you can be sure that your system is kept in peak condition. And with features like remote monitoring and unlimited remote device reboots, there's a good chance that any problems that arise will be fixed before you even notice there's a problem!

This is our biggest, most comprehensive plan. It includes multiple scheduled maintenance visits every year to keep your system working flawlessly, and priority front-of-line response if anything goes wrong. Plus, we offer guaranteed next-day service with an in-stock assurance on critical system components. In addition to the scheduled maintenances, we also provide pre-event system checkups to make sure everything will perform flawlessly for parties, gatherings, and holidays. The Elite Plan extends warranties for workmanship and equipment out to an incredible 5 years. With all these features and more, we believe that this is the most extensive coverage offered not just by Casaplex, but by any service plan in the entire industry.
